On the Fender Blues Deluxe there is 2 inputs , I know that one is less gain than the other , my question is
can two guitar player play it simultaneously ?
what if one is distorted thru a pedal the other may be clean as example, would two guitars kind "overload" the inputs and burn something up on the amp?

Yes you can use both at once but both inputs will be -6db like input 2. You will not burn anything up. People do it with vocals and a guitar. Yes you can also play one distorted via pedal and one clean.

if you are playing with a bud, and you are playing single coils and he is playing his les paul, plug him into the 2nd and you into the first, it will somewhat balance the two of you out.

you can also run a stereo pedal, and make your self sound like two players. simply have the stereo pedal go dry (clean) into input 1 and then for the 2nd output from the stereo pedal run that into a distortion pedal and plug that out into input 2..

yeah, that sounds really cool doesnt it?

No problems with the amp, but if one of you turns down the guitar volume, it will reduce the volume of the other guitar as well.

that what i was wondering - My idea is plug a boss processor on one channel and my analog pedals on the other so i would be blending sounds
so apparently i can lug any kind of clean or distorted on both channels simultaneously, with no problem ,
I ordered a ABY pedal so I can switch between the channels or both

The two inputs do not go to two separate "channels".
They both feed a single preamp which is then split internally to one or the other channel on the amp via the channel switching.
In other words, it's not the same as a traditional Fender amp with a normal and 'vibrato' channel, each with their own set of jacks, preamp circuits and controls.

Like Tone Guru said, it's not two channels. It's Two inputs - 1 channel. You don't need and A/B, since you are using 1 channel. If you use the A/B to turn of the dirty line in then it is the same as switching the dirt pedal off. It's not like you are running the overdrive and clean channels at the same time by plugging in to both inputs or using two separate channels like on a DRRI.

Another potential issue. The vintage style blackface fender circuits have input 1 and 2 out of ohase with each other.

If your amp is similar and you choose to run both at the same time you will hear an odd sound. Most of the bass sounds gone. Some a/b/y switches have a phase option to work around that.

That is not actually correct. On a BF Fender inputs 1 & 2 are not out of phase, Normal and Vibrato channels are out of phase. It causes problems when you try and jumper Normal Channel to Vibrato channel. You can plug into inputs 1 & 2 on the same channel of a BF Fender no problem. While the BD has two channels (clean and dirty) they do not have separate inputs like BF Fenders. The two inputs on the BD and HRD are in phase just as inputs 1 & 2 are on the same channel of a BF Fender amp.

What the OP is doing is really more trouble than it is worth, especially since the amp already has a clean and dirty channel. The only times I use multiple inputs on the same amp is when jumping channels on a Tweed amp or Plexi style.
